Microsoft has officially released the full list of achievements for the upcoming Gears of War: E-Day. The list includes a specific nod to the 2001 film Shrek and the Smash Mouth song "All Star."
Players can unlock an achievement called "HEY NOW, YOU'RE AN ALL STAR…" by accumulating 25,000 kills in the Versus multiplayer mode. This achievement provides 25 Gamerscore. According to Gamespot, this reference lands in a year when both Xbox and the Shrek franchise are celebrating their 25th anniversaries.

The Ultimate Challenge
The most difficult achievement to unlock appears to be "Dead Serious." It requires players to 100% the campaign on the highest Insane difficulty, reach 25,000 kills in Versus, achieve the maximum player level, and max out four classes. Players who accomplish this will be rewarded with 85 Gamerscore, the highest for any single achievement in the game.
Launch Details and Availability
Gears of War: E-Day releases on October 6 for Xbox Series X|S and PC. Early access begins on October 1 for people who pay more. The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. The source notes there was "a lot of evidence" that Microsoft canceled a PS5 edition at the last minute. Microsoft denies this, but the report states "no one believes them."
