PlayStation Plus September Games Include RuneScape, WWE 2K26
Sony has announced the September lineup for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, featuring RuneScape: Dragonwilds, WWE 2K26, and six other titles.
Sony's PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for September 2026 adds eight new titles for Extra and Premium subscribers. The main lineup, headlined by RuneScape: Dragonwilds and WWE 2K26, becomes available on September 15. PlayStation Plus Premium also receives two classic games: Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux.
According to the PlayStation Blog, several titles in the catalog have specific regional release dates. Most games launch on the 15th, but others arrive later in the month.
September's Game Catalog Lineup
The primary additions are available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members. RuneScape: Dragonwilds is a cooperative survival RPG set on the new continent of Ashenfall. Players must gather resources, build, and uncover secrets to face the awakened Dragon Queen.
WWE 2K26 promises the most expansive gameplay in the series to date. It features over 400 playable Superstars and Legends, including The Rock, John Cena, and Rhea Ripley. A dedicated Shows mode focuses on CM Punk's career and fantasy rivalries.
Ball x Pit is a fast-paced fantasy roguelite. Treasure hunters look at the monster-filled ruins of Ballbylon, using magic-infused projectiles to battle through levels. The game launches on September 22 in the US, UK, and Japan.
Date Everything! Is a dating simulator with a twist. After losing a job to AI, the player uses magical glasses to date household objects. It became available on September 9 in the US and UK, and September 10 in Japan.
Late September Arrivals
Four more games join the catalog on September 29 in the US, UK, and Japan. Slitterhead is a battle action-adventure set in Kowlong, where players hunt monsters disguised as humans. Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound blends classic and modern series gameplay, following a young ninja defending his village.
Dungeons of Hinterberg is a puzzle adventure set in the Austrian Alps. Players explore dungeons and befriend locals. Sniper Elite: Resistance shifts the series to occupied France, with a new protagonist working with the French Resistance to destroy a Nazi super-weapon. Its full campaign supports co-op play.
Premium Classic Games
PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers get two additional titles. Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux are included at no extra cost. Metro Redux is the remastered version of the post-apocalyptic survival shooter where players handle the tunnels of the Moscow Metro.
The blog notes that the available lineup may differ by region. Sony advises subscribers to check their local PlayStation Store on each game's release day for confirmation.
