God of War Laufey Pre-Order Details and Bonuses Revealed

Pre-orders for God of War Laufey are now open through the PlayStation Store Singapore and major game retailers and electronics chains in Singapore. The standalone PlayStation 5 title launches on February 16, 2027. Two editions are available: a Standard Edition, available as a disc or digital download, and a Digital Deluxe Edition. A disc copy is available for physical collectors, but there is no physical Deluxe Edition; all deluxe content is digital-only.

Pre-order bonuses and content

All pre-orders include three base bonuses: the Last Wish Armor Set for the heroine Faye, the Phranque Golden Leaves Appearance cosmetic for her companion Phranque, and an In-Game Resource Pack. Owners of the physical Standard Edition will receive these bonuses via a download code requiring an internet connection and a PlayStation account.

The Digital Deluxe Edition adds substantial exclusive digital content. This includes the Dark Alchemy Armor Set for Faye, the Dark Alchemy Blade, and the Dark Alchemy Bow, which comes with a unique visual perk for the Serpent Bow. It also contains the Dark Alchemy Catalyst, a Digital Mini Artbook, and the Official God of War Laufey Digital Soundtrack.

Game details and setting

God of War Laufey is a full, standalone PS5 exclusive developed by Santa Monica Studio. It is set in the Everywhen, the mythological afterlife where gods from across civilizations fight for power. Players control Faye, the mother of Atreus and the expert warrior whose plans set the entire Norse saga in motion.

Her new weapon is the enchanted Serpent Bow, which can shift its serpent form and move from dormant to notched at lightning speed. It supports two firing modes. Precision mode, activated with a full trigger press, enables precise aim, increased draw distance, and the ability to charge up to five arrows for a powerful volley. Hip-fire mode, used with a half press, allows a mobile stance and cluster arrow shots for close-range damage.

The bow supports multiple arrow types, including rapid fire, explosive detonations, and multi-target shots. It can be equipped with different Scales that change the weapon's appearance and playstyle via unique perks, and it has unlockable skills to expand its capabilities. Unique Scales are available only in the Deluxe version.

Faye's gear is highly customizable. Her armor options allow for the customization of gameplay perks, stats, and unique looks. Beyond the bow, her Blade and Catalyst are also customizable elements. Catalysts are powerful artifacts that channel the magic of the Everywhere with varying effects. In-game items can be unlocked via story progression.
